    This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of orders for printed art products ("Products") offered by Printed Elegance ("Company"). By placing an order, the customer ("Customer") agrees to abide by this Policy.

  2. Order Cancellation

    2.1. Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it without incurring any cancellation fees.

    2.2. Cancellation Request: To cancel an order, Customers must contact the Company's customer support team via our Contact page and provide their order details.

    2.3. Cancellation Confirmation: Upon receiving a valid cancellation request, the Company will confirm the cancellation via email to the Customer.

  3. Cancellation Fees

    3.1. Cancellation After 24 Hours: If a Customer requests cancellation after the 24-hour window has passed and/or after the item(s) have shipped, Customers must first contact us and via our Contact page. Refunds may be eligible if the item(s) are returned in the unopened, original shipping package and verified by the Company upon return.

    3.2. Custom or Personalized Orders: Orders for custom or personalized artwork may be subject to additional cancellation fees, depending on the stage of production.

  4. Refund Process

    4.1. Refund Eligibility: If the cancellation is approved and within the allowed time frame, the Company will process a refund to the original payment method used for the order.

    4.2. Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days from the date of confirmation of the cancellation.

    5.1. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the Product arrives damaged or is incorrect, the Company will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, as per the terms of the Return and Exchange Policy.

    5.2. Force Majeure: The Company reserves the right to cancel orders or delay shipments in cases of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.
